1. Introduction

Welcome to Hidden Valley (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our website or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all orders for handmade and decorated celebration cakes and home-baked goods delivered to the Griffith area.

2. Orders and Payment

• Orders can be placed via our website, by phone, text, Whatsapp or email.

• All orders require a deposit of at least 50% to confirm your booking.

• The balance must be paid in full at least 3 days before delivery or collection.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, eftpos, cash or any other agreed payment method.

3. Delivery

• We currently only deliver to the Griffith region and surrounding areas as specified on our website.

• Delivery times will be agreed at the time of booking.

• Every effort will be made to deliver on time; however, we cannot accept liability for delays due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. traffic, weather).

• The recipient must ensure someone is present at the delivery address at the agreed time.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be canceled up to 7 days prior to the delivery date for a full refund of any deposit paid.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before delivery may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the order value.

• Refunds will not be offered for completed cakes once they have been delivered and accepted.

5. Designs and Alterations

• Every handmade cake is individually created; variations in design, color, and decoration may occur.

• Every effort will be made to match desired colours, themes etc, but we will not be liable if the completed cakes doesn't match other decor

• Minor design alterations may be requested up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date and will be accommodated where possible.

6. Allergens

• We offer home baking made without specified allergens, however our cakes and baked goods are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens including (but not limited to) nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We cannot therefore guarantee that there will be no trace of said allergens, although we will try our best to keep it separate, and clean regularly. 

• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies when placing an order.

• We will not be responsible for any adverse effects from our baking.

• We are 'Intolerance Friendly', not 'Allergy Friendly'

7. Liability

• Once a cake or baked product is delivered and accepted, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur after it is in your possession.

• We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential losses or damages.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected will only be used for order fulfillment and communication purposes.

• Your details will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

9. Acceptance of Terms
