Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the delivery date for a full refund of any deposit paid.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before delivery may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the order value.

• Refunds will not be offered for completed cakes once they have been delivered and accepted.
